Above is the list for the anime that will be released for summer 2012. The reason i write post this is due to my friends requested me to write a simple review and recommendations for the anime released.
So, i will write some simple summary and recommendations of the anime. Be aware this is purely based on my experience and thoughts and possible some spoilers. Considered you guys are being warned.
Firstly some summary about the anime released this season. Around 18 - 20 anime released this season are fan service based. I am not saying that fan service based anime is good or bad, just that the trend of the anime industry nowadays is a bit over in releasing fan-service anime which reflect the society of the current Japan.
P.S: I can only give reviews based on the anime i watched so far.

Out of so many anime i watched so far, i would give my opinion on what to watch this season based on the first episode. You can give you evaluation after you read my review on all the anime i watched.

Genre: Historical
I watched this anime up to episode 6. Leave aside the story, we go to the bad side of this anime.
Firstly, the anime art sux. I do not usually judge so much about art due to my preference to some retro anime. The animation in this anime is almost like computer rendered and was designed badly. Story wise, average or below i would say, after watching 6 episode. The main character is kinda too emo which i think is a little excessive. However, if you are attracted to this anime due to the game they released in PSP, then good luck and have fun enduring the animation.

2. Muv-Luv Alternative
Genre: Action, Mecha, Horror, Scifi.
This anime i would recommend for its story. From the visual novel and manga point of view, this anime is quite good. Though, it should have a bit of fan service in it due to the nature of the series ( Muv-Luv, Muv-Luv alternative). However, I think they will change the story arrangement a bit as you can see from ep 1 and 2. Just some speculation from what i can see from the manga, the ending of this anime would be like those "no-ending" or "forever-loop" kind of ending.

3. Tari- Tari
Genre: Comedy, drama, musical, school life
This anime i would say another K-ON in the making with boys included inside (though, no instruments included inside, XD). Story is about struggle of the new choir club in their attempt to get new members, getting their club recognize and win competition. In short, a normal/decent anime with quite enjoyable songs.
Score: 6.5/10
4. Jinrui wa Suitai Shimashita
Genre: Comedy, Supernatural
Hard to say anything good or bad about this anime. The plot is kinda boring. You will be fast forward to see their joke parts only ( at least i would do that when i watch the second time). If you like static plot stories with some minor outsider-style of jokes, you can try this. Else, you will find this anime very boring.

5. Rinne no lagrange S2
Genre: Scifi, Mecha, school life.
Normal mecha anime with no specialty. Just that the OP was sung by Megumi Nakajima. This anime focus on three female characters. More or less would makes you think "Is this a yuri anime?"

6.La Storia della Arcana Famiglia
Genre: action, comedy, drama, romance
Mafia story with the power of arcana (tarot card). Not really an anime i would recommend to those hoping to see action. Reverse harem with a lot of bishies (female preference??? ), aiming for the seat of the leader for their own purpose.
Score: 3.5/10
7. Utakoi
Genre: Comedy, romance
I only seen this anime for the first episode and str8 drop since not really my cup of tea. In short, the story is about the romance and love story of the ancient japan. Maybe interesting for those that like japan literature.
Score: 4/10
8. Binbougami ga
Genre: Comedy
One of the recommendation for this season. Mostly focus on the quarrels of the two main female characters. Some parody included in this anime. In my opinion, more or less near to the level of hayate no gotoku in term of jokes.

9. Moyashimon Returns
Genre: Microbe
More or less comedy show that mainly talking about fermentation and bacteria activities. Not much to comment. Quite boring actually. However, got a lot of cute bacteria and the main character can talk to those bacteria.

10. Koi to senkyo to chocolate
Genre: School life, visual novel
Main character's club is about to get abolished by the manifesto of the new candidate for the student council. MC have to make himself as a candidate of the student council to save his club ( Activity of the club = eat snacks, abolished is a just reason don;t you think?). This anime is taken from a eroge visual novel. Finished one of the story ending, not bad. Tend to have minor fan service from time to time ( expected, since from h-game ).
Score: 7/10
11. Joshiraku
Genre; parody, comedy
Really, i don't get the jokes of this anime. Stopped watching after ep 1.

12. Kono naka ni hitori, imouto ga iru
Genre: romance, harem, school life
Another major fan-service anime with the almost perfect MC that got shy when approached by women. Typical fan-service anime. If you got hots for little sister characters, this is the one for you.

13. Natsuyuki Rendezvous
Genre: drama, romance
MC loves his female boss. MC saw a ghost in his female boss home. That ghost is the female boss's deceased husband. MC determined to make the female boss forget her dead husband and trying to exorcist the ghost. Not my cup of tea.
Score: 4/10
14. Hagure Yuusha no estetica
Genre: Action, drama, fantasy, romance, harem??
Another heavy fan-service super MC with godly skills/magic?? that loves to sexually harass females. Too many fan service anime.... Watch so far, lost count how many times MC snatched females underwear with his hands.

15. Campione
Genre: fantasy, adventure, romance, harem
After watching the anime and read the light novel, conclusion is that this anime have the potential to be one of the anime with most fan-service. However, compared with what i read from the novel, anime cut down quite a lot of those scenes. Story wise, should be not bad ( since i like lame MC with godly skills, XD). Can hear a lot of names of the gods from Greek, Persian, Mayan, etc.

16. Dakara boku wa H ga dekinai
Genre: Supernatural, comedy, romance.
Fan-service oriented anime which focus on Shinigami. Female MC is a shinigami that need energy to stay on earth. So, she stabbed a sword which absorb spiritual energy from the soul into MC chest. MC special power is super fast regen which can be triggered by seeing ecchi stuffs. Quite few of hilarious spots.

17. Kokoro connect
Genre: Comedy, drama, romance, school life
A group of students (male and female) in a club can swap body. THE END. Not much story in this anime. More of less like those boring romance slice of life anime that situated at high school. Dropped at ep 2.
Score: 3/10
18. Kyoukai senjou no horizon S2
Genre: Supernatural, historical??, sci-fi, adventure
Serialization of the season 1. To be honest, even till the end, i also dunno what is this anime talking about in season 1. Dropped.

19. Dog days!!
Genre: Adventure, fantasy, action, comedy
Anime ear anime with human MC to play as Hero in their world. This is season 2. Quite enjoyable comedy show. My personal interest. One of the main reason i watch this is Yui Horie. XD

20. Sword art online
Genre: Adventure, action, romance
Good to see one of my favourite novel got serialized in anime. The novel got around 3 - 4 arc. As i can see, this season they can only cover at most 1 arc including the side stories. From the creator of Accel World. One of the enjoyable anime this season.

21. Oda nobuna no yabou
genre: romance, historical, fantasy
About MC that time travel to the historical japan ( Sengoku period). However, the main warlords there are almost all female. Reverse gender anime with slight fan-service. Can learn a thing or two about the sengoku period in japan.
